I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room I received was unexpectedly upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed deluxe room with a view of the courtyard and restaurant. The service was excellent, from morning clean to evening turn-down service. The location was perfect for exploring all the famous places in Dresden. However, the dining experience was below par with low-standard options in the restaurant. Overall, a great value for the money.

My room was large with a bath and a half and an alcove that offered a view of the courtyard and restaurant. The double upgrade was a pleasant surprise.

The staff didn't wait for us to ask for help, and they were quick to update us on matters that required attention. However, some follow-up actions were not automatically taken care of by the hotel staff.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for discovering all the famous places in Dresden. I found it convenient for exploring the Semperoper, Zwinger, and other attractions.

I had one of the best room experiences at this hotel. The 3 super restaurants offered excellent cuisine and service, and I had a view of the main entrance. The stay was finished with a wonderful breakfast.
